More chirp for Spring

Simple knots, buns and untidiness.

As we edge ever so close to spring the trend reports for hair are getting denser.  Just as I mentioned in an earlier post the looks will be decidedly untidy and ruffled. In contrast elegant buns and knots are also de rigueur. If you can manage reverse braids that sweep to the front, then you should be set. How this will apply to men's hair? We will see. P.S. Adding a hairnet to the mix will be pretty fly.

This video is probably not of much interest except to cutters. It is always a bit breath taking to watch DJ Muldoon of  The Factory in San Diego at work. He often approaches the head with curved partings to create soft shapes. If ever in San Diego he teaches a hands on class for a mere $300! Cuts by his senior stylists--$95.

Easy does it

Lately my instincts have been telling me not to over do finished styles. Sending a client out looking like a poodle aint cool. I point to the evidence of  fashion shows sporting a lot of tossed wave looks for this spring.
